Law of Attraction and Health
Good health is your birthright. Being healthy, fit and full of vitality is your natural state of being. If you have slipped away from this natural state, the Law of Attraction can help you find your way back. All it takes is a shift in your thinking.

The mainstream believes you are what you eat. But the truth is, you are what you think. Your thoughts not only create your life experiences , they are also sending messages to every cell in your body. Your cells respond to your thoughts and if they are constantly filled with negativity and stress, your cells become hindered in their natural balancing process and your health will be impaired. Over time, this creates dis-ease.The body is a mirror of your inner thoughts and beliefs. Illness is the body's way of letting you know you are on the wrong track and need to change the way you think. It is the result of vibrational discord and allowing of negative emotion. Dis-ease can grow and flourish in a negative mental atmosphere.
Your physical state of well-being is directly related to your vibrational alignment with your Inner Being or Source, which means every thought that you think on every subject can positively or negatively affect that Connection. In other words, it is not possible to maintain a healthy physical body without a keen awareness of your emotions and a determination to direct your thoughts toward good-feeling subjects....When your thoughts are chronically good-feeling - your physical body will thrive.

The subconscious mind accepts whatever you choose to believe, so the key to good health is to continually focus on good health and well being. Keep your thoughts positive and picture yourself vibrant and energetic.
Two of the best books I have found regarding health from the perspective of Law of Attraction are Money, and the Law of Attraction: Learning to Attract Wealth, Health, and Happiness by Esther and Jerry Hicks, which includes a section on health and well being, and You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay. I have included excerpts from these incredible books below to inspire you to connect the physical you with the non-physical vibrational you. Once you are in vibrational alignment, you are on your way to achieving and maintaining your desired physical body. From Money and the Law of Attraction: "Older people often do experience more illness and less vitality. But the reason for the decline of people as they get older is not because their physical bodies are programmed to break down over time, but because the longer they live, the more they find to fuss and worry about, causing resistance to their natural Stream of Well-Being. Illness is about resistance, not about age." page 115"Preventive wellness is far easier to accomplish than corrective wellness, but in either case, improved-feeling thoughts - thoughts of greater and greater relief - are the key." page 118"Your natural state is one of wellness, one of absolute health, one of perfect bodily conditions - and if you are experiencing anything other than that, it is only because the balance of thought within you is toward the lack of what you want instead of what you do want." page 118"Often you try to accomplish too much through action, and, in doing so, you feel tired or overwhelmed, and those feelings are your indicator that it is time to stop and refresh. But often you push forward in action rather than taking the time to refresh and realign, and that is a very common reason for uncomfortable symptoms to begin to surface." page123"There is no condition from which you cannot recover, but it is much easier if you catch it in the early, subtle states." page 124"Sometimes being sick provides you an escape from something else that you do not want to do, and so, in your environment, there is much allowing of sickness for the sake of not having to do something else. But when you begin playing that sort of game with self, you are opening the door to greater and greater and greater sickness." page124"If you have a strong desire for recovery, and doctors are giving you no hope, it is logical that you would turn to alternative approaches where hope is not only allowed but encouraged, for there is much evidence to show that people can recover from supposedly "incurable" diseases." page125"The cells of your body cannot develop negative tendencies that lead to disease when you are in alignment with your Source. Your cells can only get out of alignment when you are." page 128"Your body is an extension of your thought. Your contagious or "inherited" negative symptoms are supported by your negative thoughts and could not occur in the presence of chronically positive thoughts no matter what diseases had been experienced by your parents." page 129"Joy, appreciation, love, and health are all synonymous. Resentment, jealousy, depression, anger, and sickness are all synonymous." page 131"The only reason that some diseases seem stubborn and unchangeable is because your thoughts are often stubborn and unchanging." page 132"Your physical wellness is affected much more by your vibrational balance than it is by the things that you put into your body." page 132"Illness is an exaggerated indicator of negative thoughts that began as a subtle indicator of negative emotion and grew larger as the negative thoughts persisted." page 135"You have potential for every illness in your body right now, and you have potential for a perfect state of health in your body right now - and you will solicit one or the other, or a mixture, depending upon your balance of thought." page 135"Your body is responding to your thoughts continually - in fact, to nothing else. Your body is absolutely a pure reflection of the way you think. There is nothing else that is affecting your body other than your thoughts." page 152"If someone were to tell you that you are experiencing an incurable disease, you can then say with confidence, "I will decide what I will live, for I am the creator of my experience." If your desire is strong enough, it can outweigh your negative beliefs and your recovery will begin." page 155From You Can Heal Your Life: "I've learned that there are really just two mental patterns that contribute to dis-ease: fear and anger. Anger can show up as impatience, irritation, frustration, criticism, resentment, jealousy, or bitterness. These are all thoughts that poison the body. When we release this burden, all the organs in our body begin to function properly. Fear could be tension, anxiety, nervousness, worry, doubt, insecurity, feeling not good enough, or unworthiness. Do you relate to any of this stuff? We must learn to substitute faith for fear if we are to heal" page 144In the infinity of life where I am, all is perfect, whole, and complete. I recognize my body as a good friend. Each cell in my body has Divine Intelligence. I listen to what is tells me, and know that its advice is valid. I am always safe, and Divinely protected and guided. I choose to be healthy and free. All is well in my world. page 143In the infinity of life where I am, all is perfect, whole, and complete. I accept health as the natural state of my being. I now consciously release any mental patterns within me that could express as dis-ease in any way. I love and approve of my body. I feed it nourishing foods and beverages. I exercise it in ways that are fun. I recognize my body as a wondrous and magnificent machine, and I feel privileged to live in it. I love lots of energy. All is well in my world. page 208
